University Training Program

Eligibility:
Eligible to enroll in this program are students whose universities require their practice of practical training before graduation, where applications are considered based on the availability of vacancies and the following criteria:
- The applicant's GPA shall be at least 2 out of 4 for technical disciplines and 2.5 out of 4 for non-technical fields or equivalent. High-rate candidates are given priority.
- The duration of training required by the university must be at least eight weeks.
- The applicant must have yet to graduate from his university.
- Applicants must complete the entire training period.
- Registration of subjects during the training period is not permitted
Returns during the program period:
- Monthly salary
- Free accommodation according to availability/eligibility
- Transportation according to the company's plan
- Medical insurance according to the company's plan
- A housing unit will be provided for eligible students according to Saudi Aramco's housing plan, and escorts are not allowed inside the accommodation
Required Documents
Candidates for this program shall submit the following documents:
- Copy of ID card
- Copy of the latest Official Grade Statement
- Letter from the University containing the purpose and duration of the training
Objectives of the program
- Students can enrich their university experiences by linking academic studies with the actual working environment. Students will also be able to assess their professional interests in their specialization.
- Enable colleges and universities to evaluate the academic preparation of their students through the report of the student's university training program, oral testimonies, and job assessment reports submitted by the direct head of the participant in Saudi Aramco.
- Such evaluations help colleges and universities ensure the effectiveness of academic training in preparing students for their future practical lives.
- Provide students with the opportunity to acquire new skills and rely on innovative thinking, and enable them to practice problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Dates of interest to you
- The practical training of the University Training Program for qualified students begins on January 25, 2022.
- The induction meeting will take place on 23 and 24 January 2022
